football playersThe City of Lexington Parks and Recreation Department offers youth and adult athletic programs throughout the year.  Available registrations are listed below, and you can register at any time and pay online for your registration at registration.lexingtonnc.gov.  CLICK HERE if you need online registration help.

2017 Wrestling and basketball

Registration is Closed

Our youth basketball program partners with the J. Smith Young YMCA, and teams practice and play from Dec – Feb.  For schedule information please contact the YMCA. 

 

Wrestling teaches discipline, confidence, hard work, and toughness. Taught by local coaches and wrestlers, this program is held at Lexington Middle School.  Ages 5-12, program runs from November through February.

The City of Lexington Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of quality athletic programs to over 600 youth participants each year.  Youth athletics are offered to both residents and non-residents, except for youth football, which is for residents only due to participation in county league.
